The palletizing workstation in the GX-R19 industrial robot production line is optimized and improved based on the actual application in the factory, aiming to achieve both teaching authenticity and safety, while ensuring the durability and high cost-effectiveness of the equipment. Instructional design has been carried out for common industrial robot stacking methods. The industrial robot stacking in the production line process is divided into end stacking and in line stacking. The stacking method of in line stacking is common and difficult to work. The main components of this workstation are simulated production lines, industrial robots, pallets, and visual systems. Implement classification and stacking processes.
