1、 Basic configuration of experimental equipment
1. AC power supply: three-phase four wire power input, connected to the main switch through a leakage protector, operated by the contactor through the start and stop buttons.
There are three 450V pointer type AC voltage meters that indicate the three-phase power supply voltage of the power input, and three indicator lights that indicate the connection between the training platform and the external power supply.
Experimental and alarm recorder (experimental manager): usually used as a clock, with functions such as setting training and assessment time, timing alarms, and cutting off power.
2. Personal safety protection system: There is a voltage type leakage protection device installed on the screen, which controls the power supply to be cut off if there is leakage in the screen or strong current output, ensuring the safety of the experimental process.
3. Machine tool three-dimensional color map: The panel is printed with a color three-dimensional appearance map of each type of machine tool, which can intuitively see the contour of various machine tools, and the machine tool shape is realistic.
4. Three phase asynchronous motor: The experimental platform is equipped with three three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motors, which are used as spindle motors, feed motors, cooling pump motors, etc.
5. Fault switch box: equipped with 16 fault switches.
6. Experimental Table: The experimental table is made of iron double-layer matte dense grain spray plastic structure, with a desktop density board, which is sturdy and shaped like a rectangular structure; There are two large drawers for storing tools, materials, etc. The desktop is used to install a power control screen and provides a spacious work surface.
