The equipment is controlled by an AC frequency converter and PLC through two modes: switch or digital, and dozens of common circuit faults are set for students to operate. The entire equipment adopts three five story group controlled elevators, each controlled by a PLC. Data is exchanged between PLCs through RS-485 serial communication cards, and elevator outbound calls are managed uniformly, which is close to the control of building elevators in reality. Through it, students can not only improve their ability to detect and troubleshoot faults, but also understand the principles of online programming for multiple PLCs, thereby improving their programming skills. The communication interface of the entire system adopts an open structure and can be connected to the teaching network, which can become a part of the building intelligent control system. This system is equipped with an intelligent assessment software system, which can perform intelligent assessments on a computer. Suitable for use in universities, vocational schools, vocational schools, or elevator majors.
