一、Product Overview
This system is a practical training and assessment equipment for CNC milling machine installation and maintenance skills developed specifically for vocational colleges, technical schools, and vocational education and training institutions. Based on the characteristics of CNC machine tool maintenance technology in the electromechanical industry, and combined with the skill appraisal requirements of CNC machine tool installation and maintenance workers, research is conducted on the electrical control and mechanical transmission of CNC machine tools. Specialized design is made for practical teaching activities, including CNC system application, PLC control Variable frequency speed control, sensor detection, servo drive control, low-voltage electrical control, mechanical transmission and other technologies have strengthened students' comprehensive abilities in installation, wiring, debugging, fault diagnosis and maintenance of CNC machine tools. They are suitable for teaching and training in mechanical and electrical related majors, as well as assessment and appraisal of CNC machine tool installation and maintenance workers, lathe workers, and other professions.
