一、 Product Overview
According to the general teaching material "Mechanical Fundamentals" of national technical schools, the teaching display cabinet is a set of electronic teaching equipment. This display cabinet is divided into ten cabinets. Through mechanical models or physical objects, combined with corresponding graphic materials, the display cabinet vividly displays and explains the basic knowledge of mechanical foundations, strengthens students' perceptual understanding of the types, structural characteristics, and design of general mechanical foundations, and lays the foundation for further learning of mechanical foundations.
二、 Technical parameters
1) The complete display cabinet consists of 10 individual display cabinets, with an overall size of 1200 ×530 × 1900 mm; The scale proportion design meets the requirements of ergonomics;
2) The display cabinet is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate and sprayed with plastic, with good rigidity and beautiful appearance; The display panel inside the cabinet is an ultra luxurious aluminum plastic sandwich panel with good load-bearing capacity;
3) The top cover of the cabinet is equipped with lighting fluorescent lamps, which comply with ergonomic requirements;
4) The lower part of the cabinet is equipped with a cabinet for convenient storage of individual models, experimental boxes, and related experimental documents;
5) The back of the cabinet is equipped with a facing door, which is beneficial for maintaining equipment and facilitating maintenance;
6) The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement;
7) Equipped with a multifunctional voice playback control system. Voice commentary synchronous demonstration, using a separate driver controlled by a computer or electronic device to run the demonstration. The control adopts LCD touch screen control and remote control to automatically run and explain, and can cycle and repeat playback operation. It can also be freely selected or demonstrated separately according to teaching materials and teaching needs. The commentary is broadcasted in a 100 square room with a loud sound;
