一、 Product Overview
The GX-JX14B mechanical parts design demonstration display cabinet is an experimental equipment designed and manufactured according to the basic requirements of the mechanical design (parts) course. The display cabinet vividly displays and explains the basic knowledge of mechanical design through mechanical component models or physical objects, combined with corresponding graphic and textual materials, to strengthen students' perceptual understanding of the types, structural characteristics, and design of general mechanical components, laying a foundation for further learning of mechanical design.
二、Technical parameters
1) The complete display cabinet consists of 18 individual display cabinets, with an overall size of 1200 ×530 × 1900 mm; The scale proportion design meets the requirements of ergonomics;
2) The display cabinet is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate and sprayed with plastic, with good rigidity and beautiful appearance; The display panel inside the cabinet is an ultra luxurious aluminum plastic sandwich panel with good load-bearing capacity;
3) The upper part of the cabinet is printed with the name of the display cabinet in both Chinese and English for easy identification;
4) The top cover of the cabinet is equipped with lighting fluorescent lamps, which comply with ergonomic requirements;
5) The lower part of the cabinet is equipped with a cabinet for convenient storage of individual models, experimental boxes, and related experimental documents.
6) The back of the cabinet is equipped with a facing door, which is beneficial for maintaining equipment and facilitating maintenance;
7) The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with universal wheels for easy movement;
8) The electric model adopts a micro motor driven by a microcontroller;
9) The control adopts LCD touch control and remote control, and can cycle and repeat playback operation in sequence. The commentary is broadcasted in a 100 square room with a loud sound;
10) The model material is made of aluminum alloy, organic glass, and engineering plastic.
