1、 Equipment Introduction

     The control screen adopts an integrated design of sheet metal structure and industrial aluminum profiles. Industrial aluminum profiles establish a fixed valve plate platform on the basis of sheet metal, mainly used for installing hydraulic related components. The surface of the profile has two standard fixed grooves, with a distance of 40mm between the two grooves. The top layer is mainly used for electrical control and hanging position.

     The training table has an iron double layer matte dense grain spray structure, and the tabletop is made of fireproof, waterproof, and wear-resistant high-density board; There is a lockable drawer for storing tools and materials, and a component storage cabinet is installed below the training table, which is equipped with aluminum profiles for storing components. Beautiful and elegant design.

     The power supply part of the power module is equipped with three AC voltage meters with a range of 0-450V, monitoring the input voltage of the device, and equipped with three 10A illuminated fuses (if the fuse light is on and the fuse has blown, prompt for replacement). The start/stop button is mainly used to control whether the hydraulic pump station is powered on. The unloading and loading control knob switch is configured in the lower left corner. It is also equipped with an emergency stop button. The right side also provides DC24V DC voltage in the pneumatic control circuit. And it is equipped with a 3-and-a-half-digit meter output indicator. The lower right corner is equipped with a control mode switching knob switch, which can be divided into manual operation and PLC control.

     The hydraulic pump station adopts a system rated working pressure of 6.3MPa;
