1、 Product Overview

The GX-JQR17A multifunctional comprehensive application training device for industrial robots consists of a handling workstation, a stacking workstation, a simulation welding and trajectory drawing workstation, an IRB120 multifunctional robot, a die-casting workstation, a polishing workstation, a multifunctional gripper fixture station, an air compressor, a computer desk, a training platform, and other institutions. The workflow is as follows:

1. Robot die-casting application exercise: The square workpiece is stored on a static mold by a well type feeding mechanism for die-casting demonstration. When the dynamic mold is closed, the static mold cylinder pushes the workpiece into the dynamic mold, simulating the completion of die-casting. The dynamic mold moves to a certain position. When the robot takes out the workpiece, the cylinder pushes the workpiece out of the dynamic mold by 2mm. After the robot takes out the workpiece, it is placed in the designated place.

2. Robot Handling and Stacking Exercise: The well type feeding mechanism places square workpieces onto two conveyor belts on the training platform, and the conveyor belts transport the workpieces. When the workpieces reach the end of the conveyor belt, a signal is sent to the robot, and the robot carries out handling and stacking of the workpieces.

3. Robot simulation welding and trajectory drawing exercise: The simulation welding and trajectory drawing platform gathers various different trajectories, and students can practice robot programming based on different trajectories on the TCP trajectory training platform.
