一、 Product Overview

    Our company specializes in the production of mechanical display cabinets. In order to meet the needs of teaching, teaching aid products are gradually moving towards modernization. Based on the original foundation, we have developed a set of FZ20-432 mechanical parts display cabinets for teaching.

    This set consists of 20 cabinets and over 400 types of parts models. The cabinet body is welded with SPCC cold rolled plates, which is sturdy and beautiful. The surface is coated with medium temperature phosphating anti rust paint, flat paint, and electrostatic spraying. The model material is made of imported organic boards, with necessary charts and text explanations attached to the board surface. The presentation is vivid, reliable, and the production process is beautiful. The use of this display cabinet can improve teaching effectiveness and save class hours. It is a set of modern mechanical course teaching application laboratory equipment.

二、 Technical parameters

1) This display cabinet is composed of 20 individual display cabinets, with an overall size of 1200 × 400 × 1900mm long × wide × High);

2) The cabinet body is welded with SPCC cold rolled plates, and the surface is made of medium temperature phosphating spray plastic, resulting in good rigidity of the cabinet body. The display panel inside the cabinet is an ultra luxurious aluminum plastic sandwich panel with good load-bearing capacity. The board surface is accompanied by necessary charts and textual explanations, with a beautiful and elegant appearance and durability;

3) The top of the cabinet is equipped with a lighting fluorescent lamp, and the back of the cabinet is equipped with a facing door, which is beneficial for maintaining equipment and facilitating maintenance. The lower part of the cabinet is equipped with a cabinet for convenient storage of individual models, experimental boxes, and related experimental documents. The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with a universal wheel, which is easy to move and meets the requirements of ergonomics;

4) The model material is made of acrylic organic board and engineering plastic;

5) The transmission model adopts a switch to control movement and operates smoothly.
