一、Product Overview

The GX-ZLZR18A intelligent central air conditioning training equipment is an application of new technologies in the refrigeration field, such as data acquisition and monitoring technology in automatic control systems, on the basis of GX-ZLZR18. The equipment uses PLC and data acquisition module as control devices, and intelligent digital display instruments are installed on the panel to detect the working status of the system. It can monitor the working status of the system in real time. At the same time, the equipment also has real-time monitoring function, which can reflect the working status of the system in real time through the computer, such as the display of instruments and meters, the working process of the water circulation system, and the working status of the supply and return air system. This equipment miniaturizes the central air conditioning while ensuring the integrity and rationality of the entire central air conditioning system. The entire experimental equipment can demonstrate summer refrigeration cycles and winter heating cycles. The system is equipped with various parameter display instruments, which can display the working status of each unit and the inlet and outlet water temperatures of evaporators, condensers, cooling towers, simulated boilers, etc., making it easy for students to observe and understand the changes in various parameters and the working status of the system. The experimental platform has also artificially added some auxiliary equipment to enable the equipment to generate 18 possible faults that may occur in actual operation, making it easier for students to understand the fault phenomenon and troubleshoot.
