一、Product Overview

The mobile training appraisal vehicle project mainly consists of two parts: a mobile vehicle and a training module system. The whole vehicle is a specialized vehicle modified from a carriage type transport vehicle chassis with special facilities installed. The vehicle body is a box type, with foldable left and right side panels that unfold into an airfoil. The carriage floor adopts 18mm professional stage wooden flooring, and the folding stage floor is assembled with 12mm professional stage wooden boards and steel frames, with a surface covered with 2mm small patterned aluminum plates. The bottom plates of the two wings need to bear a weight of 3 tons. Electricity can be supplied to teaching equipment using mains power or generators installed on the vehicle. The training ceiling design is equipped with lighting, projectors, cameras, fans, and other components that are required for training. There are various training equipment and power sockets that can be placed inside the car. The power cord adopts flame-retardant insulation and good performance rubber sheathed wire. By effectively combining and controlling the hydraulic system and electronic control system, the roof and floor of the entire vehicle can be effectively opened and fixed, making the entire vehicle a training platform. Reconnect various lighting, training, teaching, and related consoles to achieve the purpose of training and teaching. It can be changed according to different user needs and has strong adaptability. By utilizing the principles of modular, modular, and multifunctional design, a design approach combining software and hardware, with hardware as the main component and software as the auxiliary. For example, in electrical training, the multifunctional training cabinet is moved from the transportation position to the working position using the slide rail of the vehicle training platform, and then the training function board of the required project is hung, connected to the power supply, control line, etc., to carry out the corresponding training teaching tasks. A single cabinet has been used to achieve functions that can only be achieved in traditional mode with multiple cabinets and multiple devices.
